COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE
*Important Service Update 27/11/2020*
Following guidance issued by the government on Thursday 26th November in response to a rise in Covid-19 cases, we wanted to let you know our office will remain open with all lines of communication as normal.
To enable services to be up and running again, the depot has advised there could be a 72 hour set up period.
We continue to operate all the bin empties/schedules as usual but with the following additional precautions and planning in place for each tier:
- Tier 1 – all waste collections will resume as normal week commencing 7th December 2020
- Tier 2 – all waste collections will continue as normal week commencing 7th December 2020
- Tier 3 – all waste collections for the hospitality sector will remain in place as per each customer request we have in place from the 9th November 2020. Should you require any changes, please get in touch with the office on 08000 931 186 all other sectors will have waste collections as normal.
