HOW WE CAN DISPOSE OF YOUR SENSITIVE & CONFIDENTIAL WASTE
Whether you own a business or are simply employed by one, you’ll be all too familiar with the number of sensitive documents around and this type of document certainly should not be disposed of with general waste. Confidential documents should be disposed of in a correct manner in order to minimise the risk of private information being leaked or compromised.
Depending on your business’ specific requirements, we possess a variety of confidential waste disposal procedures including commercial shredding consoles and confidential waste sacks which can be collected on a schedule that suits you. Alongside these methods, we supply your business with secure, confidential waste bins to be used on-site. Once collected, we ensure that your confidential waste is secure and shredded in order for its disposal to be as risk-free as it possibly can be. On disposal, a certificate will be issued.
Once your waste has been collected, we make sure that the shredding process is conducted 24 hours before disposal at our secure facility. The option to have confidential waste shredded on site is also an option available should it be required. Upon destruction of your confidential waste, a certification of destruction will be issued by Datashred to ensure that the disposal process was carried out correctly, following proper policies and procedures. It is important that the destruction certificate is held on file as proof of compliance to the legislation.
